GLOBAL TERMS OF USE [ LAST UPDATED SEP 14, 2026]

This is an agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Bryckel Inc. ("Bryckel," "we," "us") governing your use of the website located at bryckel.ai (the "Site"), including all content, resources, and case studies made available on it, and any inquiry, demo request, or contact form you submit through it.

Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site.

Description of the Site

The Site provides information about Bryckel's AI agents and services for commercial real estate, including case studies, educational resources, and the ability to request a demo or contact our team. The Site does not provide a user account, subscription, or hosted software product; Bryckel's AI agents and services are provided separately under a signed services agreement with each customer.

Contact Forms and Demo Requests

When you submit a contact form, demo request, or newsletter signup through the Site, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, and current information; and (ii) use the form only for its intended purpose. We will use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and, where you have opted in, to send you occasional updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing support@bryckel.ai.

Restrictions on Use

You shall not: (i) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems or networks; (ii) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it; (iii) use any automated system (bot, scraper, or similar) to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce in the same period; (iv) transmit any material containing viruses, worms, or other harmful code through the Site; (v) submit any information through a form on the Site that is false, misleading, or that infringes or violates the rights of any third party; or (vi) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool for booking a demo, or a video hosting platform). Your use of any such third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy, and Bryckel is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Bryckel name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Bryckel Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.

Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information you submit through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bryckel.ai/legal-policies/privacy-policy. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bryckel does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Case studies, statistics, and results referenced on the Site describe specific customer outcomes and are not a guarantee of results for any other organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bryckel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if Bryckel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bryckel Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site in violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and shall be settled exclusively by the courts located in Delaware.

Modification of These Terms

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revised Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
